ゴヴィンダスは一般的にインド料理と呼ばれている北インド料理に加えて、日本では非常に珍しい南インド料理をお召し上がりになれるインディアン・レストランです。
お料理には野菜だけを使用し、さらにはカフェインやアルコールを含むものも使わないなど、徹底して健康的なお料理のみを提供します。
またナンなどにも卵を使用していないため、卵にアレルギーのある方も安心していただけます。

We serve sathvic food which enriches the spiritual flavor and is totally healthy in all ways - physically, mentally, psychologically and ecologically.
 
Note: We keep away from Onion and garlic stimulating rajasic character also other stimulants such as coffee, tea etc containing caffeine and alcohols in all of its forms.
